Rutgers Presbyterian Church
Adult Wellness Initiative Workshops
Winter – Spring 2019
2018 Winter – Spring Schedule
The 2018 series kicks off with a focus on setting health goals that stick. The research of behavior change confirms that most resolutions are history by the expiration date on the holiday average eggnog carton. But that doesn’t mean you can’t break bad health habits and create a healthier lifestyle. This workshop will explore the dynamics of change and the step by step readiness process that will set you on a path toward a lasting outcome. Other workshops include repeats of some of our most requested themes and a new one on the basics of breath re-education, which is an area I’m truly enthusiastic about.
As always, these workshops are generously sponsored by the Rutgers Presbyterian Church and are free and open to the public. Space is limited, however, so registration is a must. Registration for each workshop usually opens a few weeks prior to the date. For up-to-date registration info and a link to the eventbrite signups, watch this space or subscribe to my newsletter.

There are lots of other ways to work with me!
I’m available for private or semi-private yoga therapy and individual Integrative Health Coaching. Not in the NY area? One-on-One Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Integrative Health Coaching are also available via telephone or computer from virtually anywhere in the world.
Are you a Yoga Teacher who’d like to improve your professional skills, learn how to safely sequence, or cultivate a confident teaching voice? I’m available to mentor you in person, by telephone, or via the internet.
Could your corporate retreat or offsite use a little break for movement, mindfulness, or stress reduction? Let’s create an experience that is tailored specifically for the needs of your large or small group.
Would you like to create a unique experience for your community organization or a group of friends? Here’s a list of workshops and retreats I’ve already presented across the Greater New York Area. And yes, I’d be happy to travel to your workplace, studio or small group setting!
