Fall Schedule

I’m so pleased to announce that this monthly workshop series will be renewed for the fall. These workshops are offered as a free service to the community and are open to the public. Registration for each will open approximately one month before the workshop takes place. Watch this space for updates!

I’m available for private or semi-private yoga therapy and individual Integrative Health Coaching. Not in the NY area? One-on-One Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Integrative Health Coaching are also available via telephone or computer from virtually anywhere in the world.

Are you a Yoga Teacher who’d like to improve your professional skills, learn how to safely sequence, or cultivate a confident teaching voice? I’m available to mentor you in person, by telephone, or via the internet.
