Here’s what recent participants are saying:
“Lynn is a very knowledgable yoga instructor. I consistently came out of class feeling good and my body felt properly placed. She is patient and gives individualized attention. She also specializes in helping with people with chronic pain or back issues. I would highly recommend her!”–AB
“Lynn’s classes were informative with information on lower back anatomy including the different muscles related to the core, lower back and pelvic area. I started the class with chronic lower back pain and by the second class my back pain was minimal and has continued like that till present day. Lynn explained the poses thoroughly and allowed time for questions and answers going over the poses until we understood them. As a Yoga teacher, I have incorporated many of the poses I learned into my teaching. Anyone who has pain or discomfort in the lower back would benefit from Lynn’s class as she is very knowledgeable on the poses that help strengthen the area and ease pain.” –Marge D.
