Chronic sleep issues can lead to a host of other issues that impair quality of life including daytime fatigue, irritability and other mood disorders, lack of focus, problems digesting or metabolizing food, diminished productivity, and more.

In this workshop we’ll set the stage for regular, restful sleep, using techniques that include a gentle evening yoga sequence, calming breath work, the powerful practive of Yoga Nidra, and creating a strategy to promote more successful — and sleep filled — nights.
