For people living with chronic conditions such as CFS, CPS, Fibromyalgia, Back Pain, Neuropathy and the like, that’s easier said than done. Chronic pain can interfere with work, relationships, even enjoyment of our lives.
In this workshop we’ll explore gentle movement, mindful meditation, breathing techniques, guided imagery, and reframing
exercises to shift the focus back into fully living your life.
